DESIGNED FOR

Stockrooms, warehouses, facilities teams, inventory controllers, and multi-location organizations that need dependable stock records.

THE PEOPLE BEHIND IT
THE CHALLENGE

The problem worth solving.

Knowing an item’s total quantity is not enough when stock is spread across locations, reserved for another purpose, or waiting to be counted. Teams need an accurate picture of what is on hand and what is actually available.

THE PRACTICAL VALUE

Connect capture, counting, and daily stock movement so teams can reconcile inventory and make replenishment decisions with location and availability in view.

CAPABILITIES THAT MATTER

What CountNexa brings to the work.

01

Fast product capture

Identify products through barcode and QR scans, image-assisted lookup, or manual entry. Use a shared product library to reduce repeated product research.

02

Physical counts and variance

Organize count sessions and quick counts, capture quantities where stock is stored, and review differences between recorded and counted inventory.

03

Stock you can actually use

Track on-hand, reserved, and available quantities. Reservations connect to stock movements, while low-stock comparisons account for reserved inventory.

04

Location and unit precision

Model facilities and layered storage locations, track lot and serial information, and normalize quantities through defined units of measure.

05

Reports for inventory decisions

Review valuation, ABC analysis, low stock, stock aging, location utilization, count accuracy, movements, and reorder forecasts. Export findings for further analysis.

06

Data exchange and automation

Import products and inventory with field mapping, print labels, connect authenticated APIs and signed webhooks, and use mobile-device pairing for companion workflows.

THE WORKFLOW

A connected way to work.

  1. 01

    Capture

Identify the product and record it against a real storage location.

  2. 02

    Reconcile

Count, reserve, and move stock while keeping the inventory record aligned.

  3. 03

    Act

Review availability, variance, aging, and replenishment priorities.

Inventory with the location still attached

CountNexa brings the product, its identifiers, the facility, and its storage hierarchy into the same workflow. That context matters when an organization has the right total quantity but the wrong stock in the wrong place. Physical count sessions, quick counts, and movement history give staff a structured way to record what they see and reconcile it with the system.

Availability is more than on-hand quantity

Reservations are connected to inventory movements, and available quantities are surfaced in operational screens and reports. Low-stock checks use that available balance, helping staff see when an apparently healthy stock position is already committed. Lot, serial, and unit-of-measure support add precision to everyday inventory work.

Analysis with a usable output

The reporting suite covers valuation, variance, ABC classification, location utilization, stock aging, count accuracy, seasonal activity, and replenishment. Forecasting is based on defined inventory heuristics; AI also supports identification and natural-language questions. CSV, spreadsheet, and PDF exports make the results useful outside the application, while API and webhook interfaces support integration with other systems.
