Luton Labs
One front door. A connected application portfolio.
The customer platform behind the Luton Labs suite: identity, application access, company administration, subscriptions, billing, and shared AI services.
Organizations using one or more Luton Labs applications, company administrators, and teams that need consistent access and account management across products.
The problem worth solving.
A collection of applications becomes difficult to operate when each has its own identity, purchasing process, user administration, and provider configuration. The platform needs to make the suite feel connected.
Give customers a common place to manage their organization and application access, while providing product teams with reusable identity, licensing, billing, and AI infrastructure.
What Luton Labs brings to the work.
Customer onboarding
Bring registration, email verification, account setup, and recovery into a consistent customer experience.
Connected application access
Use a common identity and application catalog to launch the products an organization is entitled to use.
Company and team management
Manage organization details, members, account security, and access from the platform rather than repeating those tasks in every application.
Subscriptions and billing
Manage application subscriptions and plan changes, with payment-provider integration and billing activity connected to internal financial operations.
Shared AI configuration
Configure provider connections centrally. Product applications use a shared dispatch layer with prioritized connections, fallbacks, and usage controls.
A foundation for the suite
Provide common services for barcode data sources, account security, usage visibility, and application integration across distinct operational products.

The platform behind the products
Luton Labs is the customer-facing control point for a portfolio of focused applications. It separates shared account responsibilities from product-specific operations: customers manage their organization, security, members, and subscriptions through the portal, then move into the applications that serve their work.
Reusable infrastructure with a visible customer benefit
Single sign-on and shared entitlements reduce the friction of working across products. Central AI configuration gives an organization a place to manage its provider connections, while application requests use a common dispatch service with fallbacks and usage controls. Shared barcode-source configuration serves the scanning applications in a similar way.
Commercial systems that connect
Subscription and payment events connect the customer portal to internal accounting workflows using provider-issued references. The platform therefore represents more than a launch page: it combines product access, identity, commercial operations, and shared services into an application foundation that Tony can extend across the suite.
