AssetNexa: Where is it—and is it ready to use?
Knowing you own a piece of equipment is only the beginning. AssetNexa connects its location, who has it, and its condition so the next handoff is easier to manage.
CountNexa: How much stock can you actually use?
Twelve items on a shelf does not always mean twelve are available. Learn how CountNexa brings physical counts, locations, and reservations into everyday stock decisions.
Luton Labs: One place to manage your team’s apps
Adding a colleague or finding the right application should be straightforward. The Luton Labs portal brings shared account, team, and subscription tasks into one place.
GovNexa: Is this the right opportunity to pursue?
Finding a government opportunity is only the first step. GovNexa helps teams organize the decision, the proposal, and the work that follows.
MusterKey: Help crew information reach the right people
A new certificate or changed contact detail is only useful when the right records are updated. MusterKey helps maritime teams review crew information and track its onward delivery.
ORVANTA GTM: Make your first conversation more relevant
Good outreach starts with understanding the person you hope to help. ORVANTA connects prospect research, messages, and follow-up so teams can prepare more relevant conversations.
ProVanta: Know the client before the next call
A client’s needs do not stop at the first sale. ProVanta connects relationship history, purchases, contracts, and follow-up to help teams prepare for the next conversation.
ReturnNexa: Help lost belongings find their way home
Returning a lost item takes more than recognizing a description. ReturnNexa helps staff record belongings, review ownership claims, and keep track of every handoff.
XXPS: Why a password change needs a final check
A “password changed” message is not the whole story. This internal-tool case study explains why checking the new sign-in matters—and how a clear record supports the people responsible.
Luton LLC: Turn business decisions into follow-through
A meeting decision, an updated document, and a customer payment each need a next step. This internal-platform case study explores how connected records support everyday business work.
Words from others.
I worked with Tony on two separate occasions. His desire to succeed and provide the best product to the customer delivered an outstanding level of customer service. He is process oriented and will find the most efficient solution to any customer service issue.
It was amazing to see Tony go from zero aviation knowledge to running a successful flight school and maintenance group. He dug in and developed a standard operating procedures that changed the way that aviation was done in Houston.
I worked with Tony at Halliburton and at Baker Hughes. He was always extremely hard working, honest, and customer focused. Especially when he was support small to medium businesses. His recommendations were always efficient and economical for his clients. As opposed to other companies doing the same type of work that would offer very expensive solutions that were not needed! I would welcome the opportunity to work with Tony again in the future!
Tony is a very detail oriented and tactical Manager. I have worked for many managers in my career, but Tony separated himself from others by making an effort to share the entire vision on any task he managed. Rather that saying, do this or do that, he would share the vision of a task and demonstrate how it help the larger plan of our operation. This really helped motivate the people who worked for him. Tony is a company man first, but also understands the benefit of rallying his team to the big picture goals he is reaching for.
I think my favorite part of having Tony as my Operations Manager was his "Tell it like it is" mentality. I have had managers who would tell you anything but the facts to get something accomplished. Tony would not shy away from a difficult discussion because it made his job easier. This trait earned him respect from his team and leadership.
Tony is a straight shooter and trusts his staff with the facts and vision for every task we engaged in. As a result, he was a trusted manager who had both support of his team and his own bosses.
It’s been a real pleasure for me to have known Tony. He has an outstanding career and he shows great understanding of business development and implementation. Tony genuinely knows what he is doing, and he becomes very passionate at his endeavors. He can differentiate the important things from the noise, and apply his experience and knowledge for success.
After having worked with Tony for three years associated with service to our community (BSA Scouting), I have finally been blessed to work with Tony in a business environment. Tony brings energy and professionalism to everything he does, but in business, his operational skills are incredible.
I worked with Tony when we were implementing NS5 at AET Offshore and his knowledge and expertise going through this process was invaluable. I learned a lot from Tony while working with him on this project of which a lot I still use today. Tony takes a very systematic approach when dealing with issues and problem solving and I recommend him for any Technical IT projects or process projects that you may have.
I've had the pleasure of working with Robert during my years at ABS Nautical Systems. Robert is a polite and great guy with strategic way of thinking. He carefully takes into consideration all factors before he commits himself for something and then he really fulfils his commitment - this type of guy in account and project management is extremely valuable, he can bridge the gap between IT and business with ease. Calm at difficult situations, focusing on solutions, supportive and straightforward in judgement.
Tony's can do attitude makes him great to work with. He is a self starter who recognizes the value in diving in and getting things done. His passion towards account management is unrivaled. There is no doubt he will continue to succeed and advance based on his perfomance to date.
Tony's strong technical skills and thoughtful approach to problem solving has proven to be an excellent combination in working together on projects and account management. He is a no-nonsense, straight shooter who tells it like it is, but he won't let you down when you need him.
Tony is an advocate for his clients and takes a personal interest in ensuring the success of their projects. I recommend him and continue to use him to support our business needs.
Tony has excellent project management skills that include project planning, budgeting and communications. He also has in depth knowledge of computer systems that allows him to make sound recommendations to clients on technical issues. I would recommend Tony as a Client Manager to any company interested in NS5.
Robert delivers results that are accurate and timely. As a client, Robert delivers service to my company with consideration to our needs and requirements while considering the bigger picture that involves global software impact and ongoing support.
Robert (aka Tony) Boulangder, has demonstrated an indepth knowledge of project management, is an excellant communicator, technically savvy, and a solid team member.
Tony’s work shows attention to what happens after an action is started. ReturnNexa follows found property through claim review and return, while XXPS checks whether a changed credential actually works. These are different problems, but both show the importance of a clear outcome and a usable record of what happened. His portfolio makes a strong case for considering him when a project needs thoughtful workflows, connected information, and software that supports people through the full task.
Tony’s portfolio demonstrates a strong focus on helping information move through a complete business process. MusterKey connects reviewed personnel updates with tracked delivery, while the Luton Labs platform brings shared account and application management together. These projects show an understanding that useful software must support the handoffs between people and systems as well as the individual screens. For teams dealing with disconnected records or repeated administrative work, Tony offers a relevant combination of development, data, and operational experience.
Tony combines software and data work with a background in operations and process improvement. That combination is visible in applications such as AssetNexa and CountNexa, which address familiar questions about equipment, stock, responsibility, and availability. His portfolio shows attention to the steps people need to complete, from recording information to reviewing it and deciding what happens next. Tony is worth considering for projects that need someone to connect a business problem with a practical, working application.
